Much easier to travel with than a standard carryon bag. Great product 5 out of 5 stars. I am amazed at the room and the features available water cooler, battery back up, TSA lay flat features and can hold my laptop and pad. Color me impressed. The only real disappointment is on the left strap where you should be able to place your phone, it is designed for the mini phone that Zoolander carries.

But in reality, I usually have the phone in my hand anyway when I travel so this would only affect me while in the plane. I am a tech guy.

I love the newest gadgets and am ready to buy a new 2-in-1 so I wanted a better bag to carry mine in. All of the features of this bag made me want it, and they all work great. My only concern was I came from a much larger bag and this seemed to lack space in the main compartment.

But after a week or two of using it the back has taken shape and the room is quite adequate. I am a road warrior though and I would like to see a more reinforced bottom of the bag and better attachment points to strap on things like my travel pillow and my large thermos.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Spitfiremkiii from Great replacement for my old Swissgear backpack Sound backpack, bought to replace an old one that lasted 11 years and three continents worth of travel. This pack looks every bit as sound. Since I use this to transport my 15 " laptop I'll focus on this. Corner padding for the laptop is important and the pack seems to be good there.

However I dislike the single thin strap that secures the the laptop. It allows my 15" to move vertically in the pocket by an inch or so. If the pack is turned up side down the corners are vulnerable. This is still a great pack. I'd like to see a flap right across the top of the laptop pocket like my old Swissgear backpack that hold the laptop in the pocket. This is a five star backpack but looses one star for the thin strap. Nice touch on the USB charger wiring.
