Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I receive a page from msn that shows only titles pertaining to site topics but not the main page as the new msn has. Details required : characters remaining Cancel Submit.

I have spent way too much time trying to figure out why when I have version 9 I don't have an 'upgraded browser. Frankly, I believe Someone makes money on messing with computers so you will pay someone to fix it.

You can't talk to anyone at MSN. They hide in "rabbit holes' every time they decide to change something. So I have cleared and re set and argued but it a total botch job from MSN. I then exit msn and retry to enter and all I get is a notice to upgrade browser.

So; it seems I can gain access only after msn mail outlook, hotmail has been exited. Go figure. I followed the directions someone had posted about a year ago.

Went to control panel, internet options. Went to the "advanced" box at top of the square box and hit the reset box at the bottom. Followed the warnings and went thru with it. Now getting the "new" msn home page when I open internet browser. Thank you! Any more feedback? The more you tell us the more we can help. Can you help us improve? Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen.
